Lost Planet : Extreme Condition
All the way back to my childhood, the name Capcom has always been associated in my mind with good games. Games like MegaMan and Bionic Commando I still play to this day. Resident Evil, Street Fighter, these are franchises from Capcom that just keep going and going.
I recently got my hands on Lost Planet: Extreme Condition for the PC, which is also the first game coming out to actually be DirectX 10 ready without any patching. I’ve had my 8800 for a while, and been waiting for a game that can actually use it. The Xbox 360 version of this game got pretty good reviews all over and a Silver award here on Gamepyre.com, so I have high hopes for it. Now we get to take this game and see if it is just all eye candy, or if these scores have some merit behind them. I tried the demo out when it was released, which has me thinking that the scores might be right, but I need to really take a look here and see how the game handles now that it’s finished.
